Join us and the IRIDE team for an exciting adventure training day at Hennops River! This event provides a great opportunity to learn essential off-road riding skills in a safe environment, guided by accredited instructors. All experienced off-road riders are welcome regardless of your motorcycle brand.

Enjoy coffee and fresh muffins upon arrival. With limited space, reservations are essential as only 20 riders can participate. Remember to bring your entry form or confirmation email for registration.

Arrive at 07:30, with the riders’ briefing starting promptly at 08:00. Training is expected to conclude around 15:30. Don’t miss out on this chance to enhance your riding skills and enjoy a great day out!

Intermediate Adventure Riding Course Details:

The Level Two Adventure Riding Course is a faster-paced, progressive continuation of the Level One training, designed to further develop your off-road riding skills and increase your confidence on more advanced trails. This course is ideal for riders who have successfully completed Level One and are ready to take their skills to the next level.

Target Audience:

• Riders who have confidently completed Level One and seek further skill development.
• Riders looking to tackle more challenging off-road trails.
• Adventure riders aiming to boost their confidence in demanding off-road conditions.
• Riders already confident with off-road riding but eager to learn new techniques.

Key Lessons:

• Advanced riding position for improved control and comfort.
• Downhill turns with precision and confidence.
• Turning on the trail without wheel spin, mastering tight manoeuvres.
• Technical hill climbs, preparing you for steeper, more rugged terrain.
• Introduction to riding ruts and navigating difficult trail conditions.
• Off-camber riding, essential for traversing uneven ground.
• Skills and trials challenge to test and refine your abilities.

The Level Two course focuses on making the training as straightforward and safe as possible, gradually increasing the pace as riders become comfortable with each exercise. By the end of the day, you’ll be prepared to decide if you’re ready to tackle the Advanced Course.

Directions:

Look out for the Iride Signboards and Flags
Travel towards the intersection of R511 and N14 Highway, towards Hartbeespoort. From the intersection travel on the R511 for 3.4km and turn left on the R511. Travel for 13,6km on the R511, the entrance of the facility will be on your left-hand side, just after the river bridge. The entrance will be clearly marked with flags, and enter through the thatch entrance on the dirt road, The venue will be a further 100m from the entrance. View the link to Google maps.
