Join us on Sunday, 22 June for a soul-refreshing morning ride through the breathtaking landscapes of the Cradle of Humankind, ending with a hearty countryside breakfast at the charming Makiti Restaurant and Waffle House.

We’ll gather at Triumph Sandton from 8:00 AM, with engines firing up and kickstands up at 8:30 AM sharp. The guided ride will take you along scenic routes perfect for soaking in the crisp winter air and natural beauty that surrounds Gauteng’s most iconic landscapes.

Our destination? The tranquil Makiti estate, where breakfast will be served under a canopy of trees in a warm, rustic setting. Nestled at the estate’s entrance, the Makiti Restaurant and Waffle House features a welcoming wooden deck, a unique water feature, and a thatched-roof ambience that invites you to relax and unwind.

For R150 per person, your ticket includes the ride and a generous buffet breakfast featuring toast (brown and white), scrambled eggs, grilled tomato, a potato and onion dish, boerewors dish, vienna surprise, grilled bacon, standard coffee (sachets), tea, orange juice, and fruit cocktail juice.

This ride is limited to 50 people, so be sure to secure your spot early. Whether you’re riding solo or with friends, this is the perfect way to escape the city, enjoy great company, and indulge in a comforting countryside meal.
